Hank Doughan is a recent theatre graduate from Cal State Northridge who has received three Irene Ryan Nominations from the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival for playing Septimus Hodge in Tom Stoppard's "Arcadia," Clive and Martin in Caryl Churchill's "Cloud Nine," both directed by Amanda McRaven and Sorin in Chekhov's, "The Seagull," directed by Larry Biederman. On film, Hank plays a young Jon Heder in Warner Brothers' "Mama's Boy" opposite Eli Wallach, he has a supporting role in the independent film, "California Women Win the Vote," a lead in an award winning short film, "Voodoo Child" directed by Roz Naimi and in the director's preview film, "Paranormal Summer Vacation," by Gene Quintano and Dana Olson. Hank has performed as an actor for two summers with the Kingsmen Shakespeare Company in Thousand Oaks (2016 & 2014), in a prodcution of "Pulp Shakespeare" at the Theatre Asylum in Hollywood, "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer" by Laura Esson at the Sierra Madre Playhouse, and two award winning plays in the LA's Fringe Festival, "The Devil and Billy Markham" and "Zip Ties." Hank is training in comedy improv at The Groundlings and has performed three times with the Scene Monkey's at the famed Hollywood Improv.
